Presentations and Proclamations – Mayor Carnicelli read a proclamation honoring the Joseph E. Rice Memorial Chapter 103 Disabled American Veterans Forget Me Not Days.

Work Session
Progress Report on the East Genesee St. Reconstruction –
Mike Long Project Manager introduced Jim Morrissey of C& S Engineering. Mr. Morrissey presented Council with an update and preview of the next steps in the process. Council discussed.
Other Business - None
Public to be Heard –
Steve Crosby, AHS Lacrosse and Summer Lacrosse Coach spoke to council to thank the City for the support of the summer league. He reported that this year was the 12th season for the league with 10 men’s teams and 6 women’s teams. A total of 180 people played.
Tim Lattimore, 7 Norman Ave – asked if the city could explain what would happen if there were a tie among council when filling empty council seats. Corporation Counsel was asked to research and reply to Mr. Lattimore.
Sam Trinca, 34 Oak St. commented on the progress and rebuilding going on in Auburn. He commented on the future and new business opportunities.
